If at any time within 10 days of receiving your order you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply exchange it or return it to us for a refund in your original payment method. Please contact us either by email or by calling 1-541-617-3812 for a prior authorization return number.
We reserve the right to change any prices quoted in error.
Shipping and Handling
All items are shipped ground from the west coast unless other arrangements are made. We use UPS as our shipping agent. Shipping and handling charges, except for specialty items, are based on the total of your purchase:
0.00 - 9.99 = $7.00
10.00 - 49.99 = $8.75
50.00 - 99.00 = $10.75
100.00 - 199.00 = $12.50
200.00 and over = $14.95
Limited Edition Canvas Transfers = $50.00
The Limited Edition Canvas Transfers incur an additional crating charge. The specific shipping charge is noted below the price on the item detail page.
International Shipping:
We do ship worldwide. Please use the Email option to complete your order. Make sure to include the correct country in your address information. You will notice that the shipping charges are "$0". (No, we don't ship for free internationally.) You will receive an email receipt for your order, but to complete the order process, we will contact you again by email to confirm the order and provide the actual shipping charges. You will need to respond to this email to confirm the order. Your card will not be charged until you have confirmed the order. It is very important that you provide your correct email address.
