First Time Visitor Information

Thank you for visiting The Spirit of Santa. Our Christmas cards and prints are designed to please, but we also want your experience here to be a pleasant one so we have provided this page to give you information about our site.

Navigation

1. Links to site and ordering information can be found on the menu bar across the top of the page.

2.The links to the different product categories such as "Christmas Cards" or "Prints" can be found in the navigation menu on the left. Clicking on one of the Category links will take you to the category page.

3. On the category pages you will find images that are links to either subcategories such as Christmas Cards/ "Golfing" or Prints/"Beach" or to specific products. Clicking on the images will take you to the subcategories or to the products. If there is a subcategory in a product line, the subcategory page will show images of the products in that category.

4. You can check the contents of your shopping cart anytime by clicking on the "View Cart" button in the left menu. To check out, click on the "View Cart" button and verify that the items you want are in your cart, the click on the "Check Out" button. Fill in the required information, and we will begin processing your order.

5. At the top of the category and product detail pages you will see the "breadcrumb" links (just like Hansel and Gretel) that will quickly lead you back to the areas you came from, without having to use your browser's back arrow.

The product detail pages have all the information you need to make a decision about ordering a specific product. You may see more than one thumbnail image (1) to the right of the larger image. Click on any of the smaller images to view detail images of the product. It is on the product detail page that you can add an item to your shopping cart.

When you click on the "Add to Cart" button (2), you will be taken to the cart to view and modify your selections. You can either continue on through the check out process, or click on the "Continue Shopping" button and you will be taken right back to the page you came from.

You can send any of the product pages to your friends simply by clicking on the "Send this page to a friend" link (3).

Ordering Options
There are seveal ways to order:

Email
1. You can email your order to us, and we will hand process your transaction. Just shop as you browse through the store, adding items to your cart. On checkout, use the Email option. Your order will be sent directly to us. No third parties will see your order or information.
Print Your Order
2. You can print your order to fax or mail it to us. Just shop as you browse through the store, adding items to your cart. On checkout, use the Print Order option. Your can then use the printed order form to fax, mail or phone your in.

Fax
You can print the order form, fill it our and fax it to us at 541-549-4262. As soon as payment has been verified we will begin filling your order.

Mail

Phone
If you prefer human contact, or you want to order off-line, you can call your order in toll free to 866-466-7366. Have your product information (item names, numbers and quantity), and your shipping and billing information ready when you call. We will assist you in completing your order. Telephone orders will be taken only 9a.m. to 5p.m. Pacific time. It will help if you print the order form and fill it out before you call. If you do call, please tell us that you are ordering from the website.

Upon commpleting your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you used PayPal, you will also recieve a receipt from them. Then when your order is shipped, you will receive another notice from us with your order's shipping information and tracking number if available.

Shipping
All items are shipped ground from the west coast unless other arrangements are made. We ship all orders via UPS, or Fedex if requested. Ground is 5 - 13 days depending on your shipping location, excluding holidays and weekends. If you would like next day or second day service, include the request in the comments box on the order form, or call us directly at 1-866-466-7366 and we will quote you a shipping price before the order is shipped. The prices are listed in US dollars. Shipping and handling charges are calculated during checkout, and except for Limited Edition Canvas Transfers, are based on the total of your purchase.

International Orders
We do ship worldwide. Please use the Email option to complete your order. Make sure to include the correct country in your address information. You will notice that the shipping charges are "$0". (No, we don't ship for free internationally.) You will receive an email receipt for your order, but to complete the order process, we will contact you again by email to confirm the order and provide the actual shipping charges. You will need to respond to this email to confirm the order. Your card will not be charged until you have confirmed the order. It is very important that you provide your correct email address.
