Shipping and Deliveries

All orders shipped directly from Cave Creek, Arizona.  Additional fees for Alaska & Hawaii. Excludes international order. For international orders, please refer the international shipping options available at time of checkout.

Shipping charges vary by destination and shipping method. Shipping and handling will be automatically added to your order when you check out with our convenient "Calculate Shipping Rates" feature. Simply fill out your Country, State & Zip/Postal Code and desired shipping method.

The Spirit of Santa makes every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Items in stock are typically shipped with 24-48 hours. Giclee's are printed individually and will take a longer period of time to be shipped.  If an ordered product is out of stock, you will be notified via a phone message or email and the item will be canceled from your order.

Weather related shipping delays are not within the control of The Spirit of Santa.
Orders are generally shipped on only business days (Monday—Friday). USPS Orders will not ship on federal holidays. Please factor in all holidays when estimating delivery times.

Canadian & other International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, due upon delivery.

After your initial online order, we will send you a confirmation email. It will include a list of the products you ordered, the shipping address and the total amount that will be charged to your credit card. You will also receive an order number that can be referenced in case you have any questions, concerns, or if you would like to request a change to your order.  You will receive a second email once your order has been shipped.
